Dr. Allert Discusses Shoulder Replacement at the IARP:

June 26, 2019 ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – Last week in Atlantic City, New Jersey shoulder specialist Dr. Jesse Allert was invited to deliver a keynote presentation on reverse shoulder replacement at the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals Conference. This year marked the 20th year of the conference, which brings together physical therapists, nurses, and physicians to discuss the latest topics in rehabilitation, physical therapy, surgery, and workers compensation. “I was honored to kick off a great conference and share my experience and research regarding the reverse shoulder replacement technique,” says Dr. Allert. “The reverse shoulder replacement has really been a game changer in allowing us to treat previously untreatable shoulder injuries with great success. The surgical technique is one that continues to grow in popularity. So we’re excited to grow awareness of the surgical indications and the well-studied success rate with our patient care colleagues.”
